Rules & Terms and conditions:
The following rules will apply to loosing of full deposit: Shortage on inventory, damaged or broken appliances on property, smoking in units (to pay for de-smoking of curtains, beds, linen, furniture etc.) and late check-outs.
Please note that only the specific guests that booked into the unit are allowed to stay in the unit, no guests are allowed or to re-sell or allow new guests without prior written approval of management. No visitors without managements written approval! No alcohol abuse permitted! No disturbance or loud music would be allowed! Absolute quiet time to consider all around you after 10pm.
In the event of premature departure, you will be liable for the full original booking value.
Cancellation: 0 - 30 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of booking value.
Cancellation: 30 - 60 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of booking value.
Cancellation: 60+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of booking value.
Late check-outs without arrangement, will result in loss of full damage fee. If extra guests are found staying in units, than what the unit was booked for, will result in a R300 per extra person per day that will be charged to your account. Please note on all special offers, the full booking amount will be lost from and with immediate effect.
In addition to any cancellation fee that may be payable above, 13.5% of the total quote price (vat excl) will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
